- A path looks wrong. Paths come directly from reception reports. A station with an incorrect grid locator in its software will appear in the wrong place. Please include the callsigns and time in UTC.
- Your station is not on the map. The map shows stations that report to PSK Reporter. Enable reporting in WSJT-X, JTDX or similar software, and make sure your grid locator is set.
- Data seems out of date. The page updates every five minutes. If a source is unavailable, the page shows the last good data and marks it as delayed.
